Updating the voter information with regards to every detail that candidate has about them. It includes factors like phone numbers, connected with, volunteers or not, availed any scheme and so on
Updating the list of MP/MLA’s team of volunteers and supporters classifying them under categories of their types of contribution (time/resource) and how much
Reaching out to people with their issues and establishing candidate’s image as their torch bearer for the cause standing by them
Involve youths in leadership development activities and incentivizing them, acknowledging them for motivation
Ensure his/her secretariat is fully functional, (s)he sits everyday and helping people with their issues in taking up their issues with govt. authorities
